Service King Collision Repair of Monterey Park at 999 Monterey Pass Road, Monterey Park, California.

My car was recently hit while parked in a parking lot by a drunk driver. This was especially devastating because this car was my wedding present from my husband. Luckily, some Good Samaritans stopped the intoxicated man and called the police! The next day, I chose a repair shop close to me, blindly trusting that since I ran the claim through my insurance (and they had a contract with that shop,) it'd be done right. Wrong. I got my car back with the clear coat chipped and the bumper grossly misaligned. When we pointed this out the manager at that establishment, he literally threw his hands up in the air and said, "Well, that's auto repairs." (Not cool.:()

Suffice to say, I was terribly disappointed and complained to my insurance company. I knew something was not right with these "repairs" and my husband and I were done dealing with the goons at the first repair shop. My insurance adjuster pointed us in the direction of Alan and his team at Service King - Monterey Park. Alan and his team came in on the weekend to make sure everything was taken care of in a 5-star manner.

While my car was in the shop, I was always notified of the progress of the repairs via telephone and email and felt totally kept "in the loop" about my car and the repair process. They even sent me pictures of the covered up damage that the first shop left behind, which is why the bumper wasn't fitting.

The day I went to pick up my whip, Alan and his crew member brought my car around, clean and shiny, and...FIXED CORRECTLY! :) They were smiling and polishing the car with a soft towel and you could tell that they actually took pride in their work. That meant a lot to me, especially given my nightmarish experience with the first shop I went to.

Long story short, I am completely impressed by this shop and my faith in auto repair professionals has been restored! Save yourself time, money, and heartache, and come here first! Thanks Alan, John, Danny, Lady @ The Front Desk, and Team! :)
